The People: Although the mains duties are carried out by Robert, he is backed up by a select number of associates. This means we are able to provide training and consultancy services in a number of areas, from Storage to Microsoft Office, Vitrulization to entry level IT overviews.

Robert Hoole: Originally I trained as an electronics engineer, completing his apprenticeship in 1985. At this point a change of direction arrived with a move into the IT arena. Over the next 15 years I gathered a wealth of experience in a number of different roles from bench engineer to pre/post sales consultancy, working with some of the largest companies in the world. In 2000 another change of direction beckoned with a move into the world of IT training. To begin with this position allowed me to draw on my experience within the server arena and specialize on server implementation, servicing and management. Within a short amount of time this was expanded to include the overlaying operating system and the delivery of Microsoft curriculum courses. In 2004 I made the decision to move into the freelance market, so as to be able to do both training and consultancy, allowing for each to compliment and benefit the other. I have also gained valuable experience teaching in further education and appenticeship mentoring. Since that time I have built up a small, select number of associations with other like minded and positioned IT professionals, to be able to provide an expanded range of services. I have also built up a strong relationship with all of my customers, all of which are leaders in their own field or Blue Chip companies. Below are some of the comments made by my customers.
